The Surgeries

Michaela Romanini is a famous Italian socialite, similar to Paris Hilton in the United States. Beginning at a young age, this woman began experimenting with plastic surgery. Her favorite procedure was lip collagen injections. Eventually, the injections went wrong and become like a drug to Romanini, who continued to have them until her lips morphed her face into what looked like an alien creature.

Before the Surgeries

Once an attractive young woman, all the plastic surgery Romanini received made her less than desirable to the average person. As you can see in the photograph compisition below, a lot has changed since she started having plastic surgery.

The Sad Truth

The bad part is more and more celebrities are beginning to experiment with plastic surgery. So much so that it is beginning to become the norm in Hollywood. For example, the beautiful Megan Fox looks like a completely different person in her before and after photographs. Even once adorable celebrities like Lindsey Lohan have found themselves delving in, getting things like lip injections and botox treatments.
