24-year old Blake Lively started plastic surgery at an early age. It used to be that celebrities were into their 30’s or 40’s before embarking on cosmetic surgery enhancement, but now, it seems that plastic surgery, particularly nose jobs are the number one procedure right out of the gate for many Hollywood personalities.
Blake Lively stars as Serena van der Woodsen in the television teen drama series Gossip Girl. She has also starred in movies, including Accepted, The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, The Private Lives of Pippa Lee, The Town and Green Lantern.
Blake Lively’s breast implants seems to be almost busting out of her shirt in the photo above, but her implants are a little too big for her frame. The volume of her implants looks OK, but they’re a little too wide for her chest, giving her that unnatural fake breast look.
As for a nose job, it is evident that her nose got narrower when you look at her before and after photos.
Blake Lively is most known for her role on Gossip Girls, and small roles on the big screen. But her most recent claim to fame has come from hooking up with the increasingly popular Ryan Reynolds. And why is it that her mouth is always hanging open after each sentence, or between thoughts?!
